Yılmaz Plastik Elektrik Sanayi Ticaret is a prominent name in the plastic injection molding industry. Founded in 1991, the company started its journey under the leadership of its founder Mehmet Yılmaz and has made a difference in the sector with an experienced and innovative approach. Initially operating in an area of 200 square meters, the company today produces an average of 2.5 tons per day and over 100 tons per month with 15 plastic injection machines in a closed area of 3100 square meters.
Yilmaz Plastic: Leading Name in Plastic Injection
As Yilmaz Plastic Electrical Industry Trade, we set out as a pioneer in plastic injection production. Our founder Mehmet YILMAZ’s continuous experience since 1991 and entrepreneurial spirit led to the establishment of our company’s foundations in 2004. In the beginning, we started to operate in a 200 m2 indoor area with 2 plastic injection machines and we started to make a name for ourselves in the sector in a short time.
Continuous Growth and Development: The Evolution of Yilmaz Plastic
Our journey started in Bakırlı, Denizli and continued in a 600 m2 indoor area. Today, we produce an average of 2.5 tons of plastic injection daily and over 100 tons of plastic injection monthly with 15 plastic injection machines and 30 personnel in a 3100 m2 closed area in Bozburun Mahallesi Ahmet Nazif Zorlu Industrial Site.
Yilmaz Plastic has a production capacity of up to 6 kilograms with a clamping force of 150 tons to 1000 tons with 11 plastic injection molding machines manufactured by DEMAG, a Germany-based construction machinery manufacturer.
Product Diversity and Quality Standards: Our Difference in the Sector
Yılmaz Plastik produces a wide range of products for the needs of various sectors. Our products in the reel category include enameled coil wire spools, braiding wire spools, cable spools and rope spools. In the glassware category, products such as storage container lids, teapot – pot tops, teapot handles stand out. In addition, we appeal to a wide range of customers with our polycarbonate and polypropylene (PP) moblen chairs and custom-made contract products.
One Step Ahead in the Sector: DEPSİAD with the Participation of Mehmet YILMAZ
Our founder Mehmet YILMAZ is on the board of directors of Denizli Plastic Industrialists and Recycling Business People Association (DEPSİAD), which was established to ensure unity and solidarity among companies in the plastics and recycling sector. As DEPSİAD, in order to contribute to the economy of Denizli and Turkey with environmentally friendly production and “zero waste” projects, we are working to establish an industrial site through a cooperative, to bring together different factions of the sector and to find solutions to the location and license problems of the companies.

Sustainability and Recycling: Our Contribution to Nature
As Yilmaz Plastic, we primarily focus on recycling activities by adopting the principle of sustainability. In this context, we contribute to nature by recycling 50 tons of plastic per month with our recycling certificate. By recycling plastics, we provide Recycle (recycling) raw materials to ourselves and other companies. In addition, thanks to the solar energy systems on the roof of the building, we generate half of the factory’s energy ourselves. Aware of our responsibility to nature, we strive to minimize our environmental impact.
